The “C” Family
Family sessions are so much fun, especially during the fall when we get to tromp through leaves! The C family braved the weather, which actually turned out to be alright, last Sunday to get some great family photos. I think they turned out great!

Now, here is a picture, which probably isn’t the greatest showcase of my work… however how cool is this dog! It’s not the kids playing with him, it’s him playing with the kids! Turns out Coco LOVES going down the slide! Isn’t that awesome?!
Gabe & Elisa – Married!!
Fall is beautiful in Wisconsin, there is no doubt about that. However, weather is undeniably crazy in Wisconsin! All week leading up to Gabe & Elisa’s wedding the forecast for Saturday was miserable. Cold, rainy, windy. Terrible, basically. However when I woke up Saturday morning to meet Elisa and her leading ladies at the salon, the skies were pure blue and the sun was shinning! How lucky! You know you are truly blessed when the clouds part, the sun warms the land, and the wind gives a gentle breeze on your wedding day. Congratulations you two, you deserve the best.

Elisa’s wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL! The detail was just amazing, and it fit her like a glove!
Gabe & Elisa – Married!
Gabe & Elisa’s wedding ceremony took place at Holy Angel’s in West Bend. The ceremony was beautiful, but nothing could compare to the pure joy on Gabe & Elisa’s faces!!
I love this moment between Elisa and her dad right before walking down the aisle. Just beautiful.
Gabe & Elisa – Married!
After their wedding we quickly headed outside to take advantage of the beautiful fall day and get some portraits done.
Here are some photos from our portrait session…
Gabe & Elisa – Married!
Gabe & Elisa chose the Scenic View Country Club for their wedding reception. It’s a beautiful golf course with a very nice reception facility.
Here are some photos from the reception.
This pumpkin was actually carved with their name and dates when it was just a tiny pumpkin! Isn’t that amazing?!?!
DJ Express did a great job at keeping the party going! Everyone was dancing until the very last song, but it all started with the very romantic first dance…
And then it was dad’s turn to sweep Elisa off her feet!
Here’s to a great marriage, and a happily ever after…
Sweet Baby Girls…
I love taking photographs of newborns, since they are so sweet and little, and Friday was DOUBLE the fun because I got to take pictures of two beautiful baby girls! These sweet little girls are 9 weeks old and certainly have a household full of love and affection! Since I have SO many favorites from this family, I have decided to try a new blogging technique. I hope this works better.
Presenting Little Ms. Ava and Ms. Ella!
The “Y” Family
The lighting just before sunset during fall is beautiful, and thanks to the “Y” Family, I got to enjoy some of it! Thursday night I headed out for the “Y” Family’s land. It is someday going to make a beautiful place for a new house, but right now it’s perfect for pictures. Here are some of my favorites from that evening.

50 years, and still counting
Today I had the great pleasure of photographing a couple for their 50th wedding anniversary. Seeing them so in love makes me SO excited for the next 49 1/2 years of my marriage. I can only be so lucky to be as happy and beautiful as you two are. Thank you so much for letting me take your portraits today.
It’s all in the eyes…
This is a sneak preview of the “Y” Family. And I really must say, some kids have all the luck! This sweet little girl has the most beautiful blue eyes which look AMAZING in black and white! Of course that might not make much sense to many people, what does blue eyes have to do with a black and white photo? Well, it lends just enough contrast to really make the eyes pop! Check out this sneak peek photo to see what I’m talking about…
The “W” Family!
Not much to say that hasn’t been said with other families or their sneak preview. This family was SUPER fun, just like the rest. I’ve decided it’s pure awesome to take family portraits. Not only do I get to do what I love, but it’s really nice to see a family spending time together and just having a great time. There was a lot of smiles, kisses, and hand holding from this family and it was just amazing! Thanks you guys for giving me such an awesome family to photograph! Enjoy your photos!

The “W” Family Sneak Preview!
I have the coolest clients!!! Monday night was spent with the “W” Family and boy did we have fun. It was a typical photo shoot… falling in the lake (almost, right Jen?), catching frogs, watching fish, wrestling in the grass… you know, the usual!
Anyways, here is a sneak peek of the pictures!
The “L” Family
Family portraits are so much fun! This Sunday I had the great pleasure of photographing the “L” family. They are the sweetest people and so much fun. I had to set the camera down because I was laughing, that’s how much fun we had! So, enjoy the pictures and I hope you smile too!
